A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED

HOLIDAY RATES ARE 15% ADDITIONAL               AND   APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING: During Tulip Festival,  During stays 2 to 5 nites: New Years Day, Valentine's Day,  Mother's Day, Father's Day, Fourth of July,  Labor Day 3 to 4 day weekend Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years 3 to 4 days         Two nights minimum stay required. One night stay by chance Monday through Thursday. (Guests must e-mail or call in advance to arrange.) Rate for one night stay if available is always 20% more per night. Fall & Winter special is "Stay Friday and Saturday, get Sunday for an additional 140.00 per room. Check out is 10 am Monday.           .   CHECK IN: 3 to 6:30 pm. Arrange in advance. CHECK-INS LATER THAN 6:30 are charged an extra $7.00 for each hour after EARLY OR LATER TIMES BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT Check-in after 9:00 pm is an additional $25.00   NON SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE.  PETS / CHILDREN CONSIDERED INDIVIDUALLY Payment by Cash, Traveler's Check, Personal Check upon arrival  Visa and MasterCard to secure reservations only.    CANCELLATION POLICY:  TEN DAYS  PRIOR TO CHECK IN IS  REQUIRED FOR WEEK-END STAYS. STAYS OF TWO WEEKS OR LONGER REQUIRE 21 DAYS NOTICE. STAYS LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS REQUIRE 30 DAYS NOTICE. INABILITY TO REBOOK CANCELLED TIMES  NECESSITATES CHARGING FOR ANY NIGHTS WE ARE UNABLE TO REBOOK LODGING.  WE REQUIRE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE FOR ANY AND ALL NIGHTS WE ARE UNABLE TO RE-BOOK.

Payment requested upon arrival. We accept Personal check, Travelers Check, Money Order, Certified Check and Cash Cancellation must be 7 days in advance to avoid 1 night cancellation fee.
